Horrible service! They miss my yard waste all the time but get everyone else’s then I call them and they tell me they will be out by the end of the day every day and they don’t come get them until the day before my regular pickup

I worked here for 3 years . I got hurt for a second time recently do to a reported safety issue that didn't get fixed (not a shocker). I was on medical leave and the company tried making me come back against doctors orders so they didn't have any missed worked injury's. They never paid me for my missed time and they ended up firing me do to "no call no shows" even though I was still in the middle of working kinks out between republic and my doctor's and was told during my no work restrictions by my boss to not contact him anymore . How can I call off when you tell me not to communicate with you anymore ? This company could care less about the back breaking workers . All they care about is the office people . They through a father out on the streets with no workers comp pay and declined his unemployment during a dam PANDEMIC! Do not work for these guys !!

I hate to leave a bad review but trash hasn’t been collected in 3 weeks. I’m new to the olmsted township area and first time dealing with republic services. I did not know I could report a missed pick up, so I dismissed the first time trash wasn’t collected. After the second week I called and learned I could report a missed pick up. I did so, and was told they were scheduled to come back out the next business day. Yet no one showed up. I called several times to verify that my missed pickup was reported and that i was on the schedule to have trash picked up. Yet no pick up was made. Absolutely ridiculously!
